Outstandingly accommodating staff, BEAUTIFUL views of the sea, everything is really good. Exceptionally nice location as it's and next to meloneras and beach, several other nice resorts and the main Puerto Rico. Also, the venue is situated 1 km from Shopping Center Europa.

Really good overall experience. Pretty standard hotel in a fairly quiet area right by restaurants are located, the valley and Puerto Rico. Exceptionally nice location with free parking on site. A wide range of food options a 10-15 minute walk from the venue. Really friendly staff interactions.

Good food, very good service and panoramic view of Amadores bay. Incredible apartment with gates. Excellent area, quiet and unbeatable location, just next door to a mountain, the europa centre where there is lots of different bars and places to eat, and the beach or Puerto Rico. Reasonably priced pool bar. Clean pool, parking on site. No charge for wake up calls and ironing too.

My favourite property in Puerto Rico. The place was clean with free parking and a very clean bed. Nice setting in the quiet area, close to the europa centre where there is lots of different bars and places to eat as well as plays de cura. Plus, 5 minutes drive from Playa del Ingles.

I spent a very very good time here, would recomand to anyone. I enjoyed this royal hotel and stayed for 9 nights here. Kitchenette was an added bonus. The location was magnificent in a quiet area, near local bars, the beach, and Supermarket. Besides, the property was 3 km away from a hole golf course. The pool bar was available on the premises.
